Desired Qualifications
While position requirements may vary by project, ideal candidates often possess:
- 5+ years of heavy civil or large-scale construction experience
- Experience on infrastructure, transportation, or public works projects
- Relevant certifications such as STSC, CHST, CSP, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and Cal/OSHA regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professionalism, objectivity, and strong field presence
